Isreal Aprtheid and Israel research Queastion

I think that the author IS credible for the article because he spent four years as a newspaper deputy editor. He also spent 25 years in the as a writer of political editorials for the newspaper and he lived in the west banks which is where I think they have the Palestinians trapped by the Giant wall (I do not know its name but its a giant wall that traps people inside and is like 20 ft tall). I do not think that Facebook should be blocked because a person should be free and have the right to go on the internet and do what they want. I think that Facebook should be blocked at school but it would be nice for it to be unblocked because we have the right to go on it, but it should be blocked so that people will focus on school. Facebook is powerful because people can go on it to organize secret meetings and post stuff what they think, which could influence other peoples ideas.

"Free Press" Relating to social change and opression

China believes that the news media like New York Times is kind of like a way to start a social movements and that the social media is kind of in a little bit influences what you say and talk about with other people. Since The social media influences what you say, social changes can happen. I think that our country "Free Press" is partially controlled by the government. I think the government controlles what goes on television and the newspapers.

Technology for oppression and change

Technology can be used for oppression because if the government puts of cameras everywhere and track your cellphones like they did in china, then nobody could get their word out because the government will track it. And if people cant get their word out, then no movement will happen and nothing will change. Technology can also be used to change something by people creating groups on Facebook like they did in the middle east. Also people can use technology to communicate with other people. And once people communicate with each other, change will happen.

Social Event compassioante

I am compassionate the event about not hurting animals and making them fight for fun. It is wrong and extremely bad because the animals get hurt and sometimes even die. How could people have fun watching animals die. I want to stop animal cruelty. ITS BAD.
