I think that the author IS credible for the article because he spent four years as a newspaper deputy editor. He also spent 25 years in the as a writer of political editorials for the newspaper and he lived in the west banks which is where I think they have the Palestinians trapped by the Giant wall (I do not know its name but its a giant wall that traps people inside and is like 20 ft tall). So basically he is journalists that writes what is happening in Israel. I used this article-http://www.haaretz.com/misc/writers/gideon-levy-1.402
Research Question- Is there an economic difference between the Jews and Palestinians in Israel?
Terms-
Israel econom* difference Jews and Palestinians
Israel difference in economic average pay of Jews and Palestinians
I used econom* because the * sign finishes the word so econom* can be economics, economy, or economic, etc.
Website-
http://knowledgetoday.wharton.upenn.edu/2011/11/the-growing-income-gap-between-israel-and-its-closest-neighbor/
This website quotes that "Although Israel suffers from “huge problems of income distribution,” even the minimum wage in Israel is about two and a half to three times as high as the average wage in the West Bank. The average construction worker in Israel, for example, makes more money than even a skilled high-tech worker in the West Bank or Gaza."
Website-
http://www.ifamericansknew.org/stats/econ.html
This websites quotes that "The Israeli unemployment rate is 5.6%, while the Palestinian unemployment rate in the West Bank is 23.5% and 40% in Gaza." which means that the Jews have more economic rights that the Palestinians.
